I Thought Yoga Wouldn’t Help Me Until I started Practicing. Then THIS Happened!

It’s been months since I’ve started practicing yoga at home, and I am glad to have yoga as an essential addition to my personal growth.

I got a head start before the new year on changing myself. I was in need of a much-needed healing after a tough year. I turned to yoga after what I thought would turn my heart black and cold.
Instead of holding grudges, holding in anger, and reliving the painful memory, I’ve decided to let go, let God, and ask the Universe to release the anger and disappointment I held and started yoga.

 

Yoga is changing my life in more ways than you can imagine.

I am at peace with everything that has happened up to now.

Now, I look forward to an amazing year full of serenity, prosperity, and dope ass yoga poses. I took yoga seriously when I realized it’s a way of life and not just an exercise routine.

Yoga is amazing. It gives me the ability to focus on practicing healthier eating habits, increase flexibility, improve endurance, and increase self-esteem. It reminds me to breathe and live in the moment. Yoga is so much more than just the poses you do. It’s the mental and emotional progress you make as you get better with them.

I got sick of my own bullshit when it came to my mind, body, and soul. It was yoga that helped me get on track to what’s a priority in my life…my physical health, and my spiritual and emotional well-being.
