November is Men’s Health Awareness Month and in honor of this month, I want to dedicate today’s show to the MENTAL health of BLACK MEN.

There’s a lot of fragility and suppressed emotions that most men struggle with. Especially, men of color. It’s understandable why our men feel like the weight of the world is on them. Black men being conditioned to mask their emotions and not express how they feel openes the door to depressions, anxiety and even thoughts of suicide.
