Cucumbers are perfect because it’s 90% water, high in fiber, high in vitamin C and the green mixed in the water with the yellow, makes it so damn pretty! Making this special water is pretty simple.
- Get yourself a pitcher
- fill with water (ice is optional)
- Slice lemons and cucumbers and throw in the pitcher
- stir and place in fridge for a few hours
- leave in overnight (24 hours) for more flavor.
